1. Scope and operator
This policy explains how houde studio (“we”) handles information in Tile Match Stack, our Android game, and the choices available to you. The production package is vip.houde.tilematchstack. The game is intended for users aged 13 and older. Contact: qq245425070@gmail.com.
No game account is required. We do not provide account-based cloud synchronization, social chat, leaderboards, or a developer-operated gameplay analytics or cloud-save service. Advertising services, operating-system backups and third-party destinations have their own data practices and policies.
2. Information processed and purposes
Progress and preferences. Boards, levels, basket contents, tools, undo history, collections, daily challenge dates and results, attempt statistics and active time, tutorial status, theme and audio settings are stored in private app storage. They support game rules, restoration, rewards and personal results, and are not automatically uploaded to a developer server.
Android backup. Where supported and enabled, the device backup service, such as Google's Android backup service, may back up progress and settings or transfer them to another device. Availability and retention depend on the operating system, provider and your settings; we do not operate that service.
Advertising and privacy choices. The app integrates Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK) and User Messaging Platform (UMP). Depending on the SDK, configuration, region, device and privacy choices, Google services may process:
- IP addresses and approximate location inferred from them.
- Device or app identifiers, such as Android advertising ID, app set ID, and, where applicable, identifiers related to accounts signed in on the device. The game itself does not require Google sign-in.
- Interactions such as app launches, ad impressions, clicks and video views.
- Diagnostics and performance information, such as startup, hangs and power use.
- Consent status, privacy preferences and information needed to determine privacy-message and ad-request eligibility.
Google and its relevant service providers use applicable data for advertising, measurement, analytics, fraud prevention, security and privacy-choice management. Uses differ by identifier; app set ID is intended for permitted non-advertising purposes, not ad personalization. Google policies and applicable configurations govern these uses. The app does not request precise location, contacts, camera or microphone permissions. IP-derived location is not GPS location.
Support. If you email us, we receive your email address, message and voluntary attachments to respond, investigate issues or handle privacy requests. Our email provider, Google (Gmail), processes these communications. Please do not send passwords, identity documents or unrelated sensitive information.
3. Advertising and choices
The app uses interstitial ads and user-requested rewarded ads. UMP updates privacy information and shows messages when required. Mobile Ads initialization and ad requests are gated by UMP's eligibility result, which may use previously saved choices and region. A form does not necessarily appear on every launch or in every region.
Where required, reopen choices through Pause → Settings & help → Privacy → Privacy options. This entry is shown when UMP requires it. You can also manage, reset or delete advertising ID through supported Android privacy or ads settings, and manage applicable Google advertising preferences in My Ad Center.
Declining personalized ads does not necessarily stop all data processing or all ads. Non-personalized or limited ads may still process data for delivery, frequency control, measurement and fraud prevention, depending on the mode available. Core puzzles remain playable when ads are unavailable; additional ad-supported tools may not be available. Reading this policy, closing it or continuing play does not replace legally required consent.
4. Recipients and third parties
Relevant information may be processed by Google advertising and privacy services, their applicable affiliates, providers and advertising partners; the device backup provider; and email providers when you contact us. A recipient you choose when sharing a debug export receives that file. Advertisers or websites you open handle subsequent interactions under their own policies. We may disclose information we actually hold where necessary to meet applicable law, valid legal requests or protect lawful rights and safety.
We do not sell your personal data in exchange for money. Advertising transfers may nevertheless be subject to special local definitions of “sharing,” “sale” or targeted advertising. Use the available privacy controls or contact us about applicable rights.
See the Google Privacy Policy, How Google uses information from partner sites and apps, and Google Mobile Ads data disclosure.
5. Retention and deletion
- Local progress: generally remains until you clear app data or uninstall. Use Android Settings → Apps → Tile Match Stack → Storage → Clear data / Clear storage; labels vary. Clearing cache alone usually does not erase progress. Clearing app data removes local progress and settings.
- Backups: uninstalling or clearing local data may not remove cloud backups, and progress may be restored on reinstall or transfer. Manage copies through the device or backup provider.
- Google advertising and privacy data: retention depends on Google's data types, purposes, settings and legal duties. See Google's retention information. Deleting game saves does not directly delete data held by Google.
- Support email: retained only as necessary to respond, resolve issues and meet applicable legal duties, then deleted or de-identified when no longer needed and no lawful retention duty applies. You may request deletion of messages and attachments we hold.
- Debug records: retained as described below and removable in the test build. Copies already shared must also be addressed with their recipients.
There are no game accounts to register or close. Clearing app data does not delete your Google account or replace a provider's deletion process.
6. Security and international processing
Android private app storage and app isolation protect local saves and preferences. Save integrity checks and recovery copies reduce corruption risk; they are not additional file encryption. We use access controls appropriate to the information handled. No storage or transmission method is absolutely secure.
Google states in its Mobile Ads disclosure that collected data is encrypted in transit using TLS. Google, email and backup services may process information outside your country under their policies and applicable safeguards. Our game-progress feature does not operate a cross-border cloud synchronization server.
7. Age and children's privacy
The app is intended for users aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. Please do not use it if you are under 13. Where you are below the local age for independently making relevant privacy decisions, a parent or guardian should participate and provide valid consent when legally required.
We do not actively request dates of birth through game accounts or forms. Parents or guardians who believe a child below the applicable age has provided personal information should contact us. We will investigate and delete information within our control that should not be retained, and explain relevant channels for third-party-held data.
8. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, and complain to a regulator. Some jurisdictions provide opt-outs for targeted advertising or related data sharing.
Use the device controls, advertising privacy entry or contact email described here. Provide only the minimum information needed to explain your request. We may reasonably verify identity and will respond within applicable legal deadlines. Without a game account database, we normally cannot identify, access or remotely delete device-only boards or saves from your name or email.
Withdrawal does not affect processing lawfully performed before withdrawal. Data independently held by Google is also subject to Google's controls and request channels.
9. Optional local records in Debug test builds
Release builds do not enable developer playtest behavior recording. In Debug builds, testers can explicitly enable bounded local recording, which defaults to off at each process start. Turning recording off does not automatically erase earlier records.
Records may include event timestamps, levels, main/daily mode, random attempt identifiers, layout/generation versions, daily dates, results, active time, tool sources, page visits and ad outcome states. They exclude full boards, accounts, advertising IDs, device serial numbers and signing keys, and are outside the app's configured Android backup scope.
Playtest records are not uploaded automatically. Exporting and choosing a recipient in the system share sheet gives the file to that app. Canceling does not automatically send it but may leave a local temporary export. Test settings can clear records and temporary exports without deleting game progress. Shared copies are governed by the recipient's practices. The third-party advertising SDK's own processing remains covered by the earlier sections.
10. Updates
We may update this policy when features, service providers, data practices or requirements change. The latest update date appears above. Material changes will be communicated in the app or by another appropriate means, and new consent will be requested before relevant processing where required by law.
